𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦

• Zakat → Mandatory 2.5% charity on wealth (pillar of Islam).
• Sadaqah → Voluntary charity (money, food, smile, help, etc.).
• Sadaqah Jariyah → Ongoing charity with lasting rewards (wells, teaching Qur’an).
• Kaffarah → Charity as expiation for breaking certain rules (oath, fast).
• Fidyah → Charity if you can’t fast due to illness/old age.
• Udhiyah / Qurbani → Sacrifice during Eid al-Adha, meat given to poor.
• Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrana) → Charity at end of Ramadan before Eid prayer. </aside>
