“Debt is a trust —repay it before it becomes a burden on your soul.”

Every debt you carry is a responsibility before Allah. As a Muslim striving for knowledge, your aim is to repay before interest begins, protecting yourself from riba and its severe consequences.

Allah warns in the Qur’an about Interest: “And if you do not desist, then be informed of a war from Allah and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal, thus you do no wrong, nor are you wronged” (Al-Baqarah 2:279).

Paying on time isn’t just good finance, it’s worship. Ask Allah daily to grant you barakah in your wealth, make repayment easy, and shield you from any path that leads to disobedience.
